Is the photo quote as accurate as an in-home quote?
For most standard residential moves, a thorough set of photos gives us everything we need to provide an accurate quote. For particularly large or complex moves, Armando may recommend a follow-up in-home walkthrough to ensure your quote is exact. Either way, you will never receive a surprise charge on moving day.
What happens to my photos after I submit them?
Your photos are stored securely on our server for 30 days from the date of submission. They are used solely to prepare your moving quote and are never shared with third parties. After 30 days they are permanently deleted from our system.
Can I use this service if I am moving long-distance or out of state?
Absolutely. The photo quote service is particularly useful for long-distance and out-of-state moves where an in-person walkthrough may not be practical. Send us your photos, tell us where you are moving to and Armando will provide a detailed long-distance quote based on what he sees.
